BAKERSFIELD, Calif. (KGET) — In July, Sebastian Dominguez was charged with possession of nitrous oxide, a gas that provides a high when inhaled.
A month later, Dominguez, 19, blamed the drug for what he claimed was an accidental shooting that killed a teenager during a party held in the middle of the night at Panorama Park, according to court filings.
