Man pleads no contest to murder in 2024 deadly stabbing

BAKERSFIELD, Calif. (KGET) — A man has pleaded no contest to murder in connection to a stabbing last year in which the victim, dying from a wound to the neck, identified his attacker to police.

Jeremy Roberts, 39, entered the no contest plea on Friday. He faces 25 years to life at his sentencing next month.
