BAKERSFIELD, Calif. (KGET) — Trial has been postponed for a Visalia woman whose 1-year-old son died after being left in a car in Bakersfield for hours on a hot summer day.
Maya Hernandez’s trial on charges including murder was delayed to Oct. 6 after prosecutor Stephanie Taconi said during a hearing Monday she is currently in trial on another case and the coroner’s office report hasn’t been completed.
