BAKERSFIELD, Calif. (KGET) — A man was arrested in Delano on suspicion of attempting to kidnap two minors on Wednesday, according to the Delano Police Department.
Delano police officers responded to a report at around 10:20 a.m. about two minors who were approached by a man near Garces Highway and Ellington Street.
