BAKERSFIELD, Calif. (KGET) — “Safe Halloween” is set to return to the Kern County Museum in October, with tickets going on sale starting Thursday.
The event is scheduled for Oct. 30 and Oct. 31, from 5 p.m. to 9 p.m., according to organizers.
