BAKERSFIELD, Calif. (KGET) — A man who pleaded no contest to voluntary manslaughter in connection with a shooting that killed a 17-year-old boy in Lamont was sentenced Friday to decades in prison.
Bretton Wallis was sentenced to a total of 36 years and four months in prison.
