BAKERSFIELD, Calif.(KBAK/KBFX) — The Bakersfield Police Department is seeking the public’s help in locating an at-risk missing adult, Mercedes Tovar, due to medical conditions. Tovar was last seen on September 12, 2025, at 3 p.m., near the 700 block of 8th Street.
