BAKERSFIELD, Calif. (KBAK/KBFX) — Hopefully everyone enjoyed the comfortably cool (for late summer) temperatures of the past week. Now we are turning the page onto a new atmospheric pattern and those temperatures will rebound up a bit this weekend.
That long-lasting trough is heading on out and more of a ridge is trying to build in. This will support mostly sunny skies and temperatures approaching or even reaching the 90s again Saturday and Sunday across the South Valley.
