BAKERSFIELD, Calif. (KGET) — The Bakersfield Police Department is searching for an at-risk adult last seen Sept. 12.
Mercedes Tovar, 46, was last seen in the 700 block of 8th Street at 3 p.m.
She is being described as 5 feet 5 inches, 118 pounds with brown hair and brown eyes. She was last seen wearing a black sweatshirt and dark pants.
