BAKERSFIELD, Calif. (KGET) — Caltrans has announced daytime closures for Highway 99 on-ramps on Wednesday.
The southbound on-ramp for Highway 99 from eastbound Rosedale Highway will be closed Wednesday, Sept. 17 from 8 a.m. to 10 a.m.
