BAKERSFIELD, Calif. (KGET) — The city of Delano said it is working with the city’s police department to host a community town hall titled “Understanding Rights and Roles” on Wednesday.
The town hall is scheduled from 5 p.m. to 6:30 p.m. Sept. 17 at the Jefferson Center, located at 436 Jefferson Street, according to organizers.
