BAKERSFIELD, Calif. (KGET) — Power has been restored to the downtown Bakersfield courthouses after an outage that began Monday evening.
Dozens of people were waiting Tuesday morning outside the courthouse at 1415 Truxtun Ave. — where criminal cases are heard — as only attorneys, judges and court staff were allowed inside while the outage continued.
