BAKERSFIELD, Calif. (KGET) — The Spooky Street Fair is scheduled to be back in downtown Bakersfield for another year in October.
On Saturday, Oct. 18, the free, Halloween-based Spooky Street Fair will take place at 19th Street, according to organizers.
