BAKERSFIELD, Calif.(KBAK/KBFX) — A 72-year-old Bakersfield man, Victoriano Corona Pineda, was struck by a vehicle along Taft Highway on September 16, 2025, and died the next day at the hospital, said the Kern County coroner.
The coroner said that at around 7:33 p.m., Pienda was struck by a vehicle in the 3100 block of Taft Highway. He was found by the Bakersfield police.
