2 arrested after probation sweep uncovers fentanyl, smoking pipes in Kern County home

BAKERSFIELD, Calif. (KGET) — Two people were arrested after a probation search led to suspected narcotics and guns in a home northwest of Ridgecrest.

On Sept. 25, the Kern County Probation Department searched a home in the 1600 block of North Brown Road. Officers located a sawed-off H.Koon Snake Charmer shotgun, a Smith and Wesson polymer pistol frame, 15 grams of suspected fentanyl and glass smoking pipes, according to the department.

Dustin London and Darrianne Stucky were both arrested under suspicion of possessing a controlled substance while being armed, possession of controlled substance paraphernalia and possession of drugs with two prior qualifying convictions under Proposition 36, according to the probation department.

Both suspects were also arrested for allegedly violating their post-release community supervision, according to officials…
