BAKERSFIELD, Calif.(KBAK/KBFX) — A passenger is dead and a driver is hospitalized after a solo-vehicle crash early Tuesday morning on Highway 99.
The California Highway Patrol said on Tuesday, September 30, 2025, at around 3:14 a.m., officers were called to northbound Highway 99, north of Panama Lane, for a report of a solo-vehicle crash.
