BAKERSFIELD, Calif. (KBAK/KBFX) — A 52-year-old man was arrested for allegedly shooting and killing a man near the Kern County Fairgrounds.
KCSO said on September 17, 2025, at around 11:10 p.m., deputies were called to the 900 block of Vine Drive for a report of a shooting.
