BAKERSFIELD, Calif. (KGET) — The Bakersfield Police Department is investigating a crash where a driver was pinned in a vehicle Thursday afternoon.
The crash was reported in the 900 block of Espee Street around 4:42 p.m., according to the Bakersfield Police Department.
