BAKERSFIELD, Calif. (KGET) — A man was found dead early Tuesday morning on Sumner Street.
A report of a shot spotter activation was reported just after 1 a.m. Tuesday morning in the 600 block of Sumner Street, according to the Bakersfield Police Department.
