BAKERSFIELD, Calif. (KGET) — A 38-year-old man who revved his engine in a neighborhood ended up shooting another person Sunday night after leaving his house in McFarland, according to police.
Fernando Cisneros, 38, was placed under arrest on Oct. 19 for alleged attempted homicide, assault with a deadly weapon, shooting at an occupied vehicle, being a felon in possession of a firearm, and evading a peace officer.
