BAKERSFIELD, Calif. (KGET) — A woman is dead after being struck by a vehicle on Airport Drive, south of Roberts Lane Sunday night.
According to the California Highway Patrol, a woman was walking northbound on Airport Drive just after 8:45 p.m. when a driver approached the woman, also travelling northbound.
The driver then struck the woman, ejecting the woman to a northeast direction. The woman was pronounced dead at the scene, according to CHP…
