BPD: Motorcyclist caught speeding at 103 mph in 40 mph zone on 24th Street

BAKERSFIELD, Calif. (KBAK/KBFX) — A motorcyclist was allegedly caught going 103 mph in a 40 mph zone on 24th Street in central Bakersfield.

Bakersfield police posted a portion of the citation on their social media.

It had a photograph of a motorcyclist strapped onto a tow truck.
