BAKERSFIELD, Calif. (KGET) — He was heading down the street on the night of Sept. 17 when the front passenger door of his pickup was flung open and he found himself facing a shotgun.
The driver told sheriff’s investigators he recognized the armed man: Gregory Diaz Andino III, a resident of the neighborhood.
