BAKERSFIELD, Calif. (KGET) — Two people were arrested in south Bakersfield after allegedly being caught distributing narcotics to individuals, some of them homeless, according to the Bakersfield Police Department.
On Nov. 6, BPD’s Impact Unit officers saw Eric Prindle distributing fentanyl to members of the homeless population, according to police.
