BAKERSFIELD, Calif. (KGET) — The Bakersfield Police Department is asking for the community’s assistance in locating an at-risk missing 13-year-old girl.
Victoria Spoko, 13, was last seen in the 900 block of 21st Street on Thursday around 1:50 p.m., according to police. She is considered at-risk due to no locally reported priors for running away.
Police describe her as 5 feet, 5 inches tall, weighing 140 pounds with light brown hair and blue eyes. She was last seen wearing a black and white striped short sleeve, a blue hooded sweatshirt, a black knit vest, blue jeans and cream colored shoes with a purple knit butterfly blanket…
