Kids learn about everyday service during ‘Touch a Truck’ event

BAKERSFIELD, Calif. (KGET) — Kern County hosted the annual “Touch a Truck” event for kids of all ages at the Beale Memorial Library on Friday.

Kids climbed aboard, explored and interacted with trucks and vehicles that serve the community.

Garbage trucks, oil tankers, tow trucks and more were at the event.
