BAKERSFIELD, Calif. (KGET) — The driver of a car that plowed into a house in East Bakersfield last month has pleaded no contest to drunken driving and hit and run charges, according to court records.
Thomas David Gonzalez entered the pleas on Friday and faces two years on felony probation, 90 days on work release and must pay restitution, according to the District Attorney’s Office.
