Bakersfield, CA – A multi-agency taskforce led by the California Highway Patrol has dismantled what officials call a major auto theft and narcotics operation in Kern County, resulting in the arrest of one Bakersfield man and the recovery of large quantities of drugs, guns, and stolen vehicles.
