BAKERSFIELD, Calif. (KGET) — The Highway 99 off-ramp to Highway 166 and Interstate 5 is closed Friday morning due to flooding.
The off-ramp is just off Highway 99, near Mettler and near the newly opened Hard Rock Casino Tejon.
There is no estimated time that the highway will reopen…
