BAKERSFIELD, Calif. (KGET) — The Delano City Council appointed Councilmember Salvador Solorio-Ruiz as the city’s new mayor on Monday.
The City Council also elected Councilmember Mario Nunez as the new mayor pro tem.
Councilmember Bryan Osorio was absent from the meeting.
