BAKERSFIELD, Calif. (KGET) — In the early morning of Aug. 8, a neighbor saw Roxana Jo Kelley, 62, greeting a man and woman at her front door at the Superior Mobile Home Park on State Road before appearing to let them in.

Witnesses said they saw Kelley’s silver Toyota Matrix driving away at a high speed before they noticed the fire. However, the occupants in the vehicle didn’t include Kelley, and she wasn’t known to let anyone else take her vehicle without being present herself, according to neighbors.
