BAKERSFIELD, Calif. (KGET) — The Kern County Coroner’s Office identified a man killed after an off-road vehicle crash in late November.
Andres Ramirez, 22, of Arvin, was killed in the wreck, according to coroner officials. Ramirez was in the passenger seat of an off-road vehicle that veered off the roadway and crashed.
