BAKERSFIELD, Calif.(KBAK/KBFX) — The Kern County Coroner’s Office has identified two people killed after a vehicle struck a tree in California City on November 23.
The driver was identified as 37-year-old Jennifer Connie Garcia and a passenger was identified as 35-year-old Lekendricke Dominique Dinkins, both of California City.
