BAKERSFIELD, Calif. (KGET) — A woman who ripped down the U.S. flag at Hart Park — claiming it was on Mexican land — was granted entry Thursday to a mental health diversion program, according to the District Attorney’s Office.
The criminal case against Crystal Aguilar will be dismissed if she completes all terms of the program.
