BAKERSFIELD, Calif. (KGET) — A Kern County jury this week found a man guilty of leading officers on a high-speed chase in a stolen vehicle. The chase ended when he crashed and was caught after trying to get away on foot.
Julio Arroyo, 31, was found guilty of two felony counts of evasion of a peace officer, driving a stolen vehicle, receiving stolen property and misdemeanor resisting arrest.
