BAKERSFIELD, Calif. (KGET) — The couple accused of torturing and murdering 8-year-old Genesis Mata had their trial postponed Friday to late March.
Ray Mata Jr. and Graciela Bustamonte are now scheduled for trial March 30. The previous trial date was Dec. 22.
