BAKERSFIELD, Calif. (KGET) — Closing arguments will be heard Tuesday morning in the trial of Maya Hernandez, charged with murder in the death of her 1-year-old son. She left him and her 2-year-old son in a car for hours in late June while she received a cosmetic procedure.
The 2-year-old survived.
