BAKERSFIELD, Calif. (KGET) — Prosecutors have requested more investigation into a deadly hit-and-run crash that killed a 47-year-old Bakersfield man.
Jared Paul Mitchell was found dead in the 7900 block of Camino Media just after 8 a.m. Oct 12, according to police.
