BAKERSFIELD, Calif. (KGET) — Bakersfield Ward 3 Councilmember Ken Weir made his first appearance at a City Council meeting Wednesday after months of absence due to cancer.
The last City Council meeting Weir attended was Aug. 27. He has been absent since the Sept. 10 meeting.
He has missed around 12 regular meetings since the beginning of the year…
