BAKERSFIELD, Calif. (KGET) — Don’t try to tell Janet McTeer that acting isn’t hard work. Her performance in “The Artist” – a six-part series on the new streaming service of The Network – drained her so much that she had no energy left when she went home after a day on the set.
“I never went out, not once. I would go home and learn my lines for the next day. Do a bit of yoga, eat a bit of soup, and then go back to work,” McTeer says. “But you know what? It was so much fun to film. We had such a good time. It was so collaborative.
