BAKERSFIELD, Calif. (KGET) – Downtown Bakersfield, and the city in general, are so flush with good restaurants these days, it’s easy to forget about some of the stalwarts that have been around for a notable length of time.
But that describes Uricchio’s Trattoria, an Italian restaurant at 17th and K, in the historic Haberfelde building. It hit a noteworthy milestone in 2025: 30 years, a lifetime in the notoriously harsh world of restaurant startups.
