BAKERSFIELD, Calif.(KBAK/KBFX) — The Bakersfield Police Department is asking for the community’s help in locating John Dylan Hinzo, 50. He is considered at risk due to medical conditions.
Hinzo was last seen on Dec. 30, 2025, at around 3 p.m. in the 700 block of 8th Street.
