BAKERSFIELD, Calif.(KBAK/KBFX) — Kern County Public Works announced the closure of two roads due to flooding and debris.
Hermosa Road, from Highway 184 to Malaga Road, was closed on Jan. 3 at 5 p.m. due to flooding, with the closure extended to Malaga Road.
