BAKERSFIELD, Calif. (KGET) — A woman is dead after riding a bike on the Union Avenue off-ramp from westbound Highway 178 Sunday night.
Officers with the California Highway Patrol were dispatched to Highway 178 at Union Avenue for the report of a crash at about 9 p.m. on Sunday.
