Bakersfield man fired at vehicle after being punched in the face: report

BAKERSFIELD, Calif. (KGET) — When an occupant of a Chevy Tahoe got out and punched him in the face, Jeeoler Raya said, “Stay here and see what’s going to happen,” according to sheriff’s reports.

Then he grabbed a gun from his bedroom, went back outside and opened fire on the SUV as it drove away, say the newly-released reports.

The driver was hit and seriously wounded, and Raya, 20, is being held without bail on charges including attempted murder…
