BAKERSFIELD, Calif. (KGET) — A Fresno gang member arrested two years ago outside a McDonald’s in McFarland pleaded no contest this week to being a felon in possession of a gun.
Both Francisco Joaquin III and his girlfriend ended up in handcuffs after Joaquin ran from officers who contacted him at the restaurant on the night of Nov. 26, 2023, according to court documents.
