BAKERSFIELD, Calif. (KGET) — A suspect in a 2008 homicide in North Edwards was arraigned Wednesday on a charge of first-degree murder.
David Angulo, 35, pleaded not guilty and is being held without bail. He’s due back in court Feb. 3.
Angulo is accused of killing Thomas Charles Horton, 78. His body was found Nov. 25, 2008, inside a home in the 18000 block of B Avenue.
