Woman charged with DUI, driving without license in crash at Hageman and Allen roads

BAKERSFIELD, Calif. (KGET) — Misdemeanor charges were filed Wednesday against a 19-year-old woman accused of driving drunk when she crashed at the intersection of Hageman and Allen roads.

Ivory Marie Bross is charged with DUI causing injury, driving without a license and while in possession of an open alcoholic beverage, and being under 21 and driving with a blood-alcohol content of .05% or more, according to court records.

Bross, who pleaded not guilty Wednesday afternoon, allegedly had a BAC of at least .20%, records show.

At about 7:12 a.m. on Friday, Bross crashed into the rear of a vehicle stopped for a red light at the northwest Bakersfield intersection, according to California Highway Patrol. The other driver suffered minor injuries, officers said…
