BAKERSFIELD, Calif. (KGET) — A 40-year-old man found incompetent to stand trial in a deadly hammer and knife attack was ordered committed to a state hospital Wednesday.
Michael Ryan Williams will be sent to a facility where efforts will be made to restore him to competency. He was found not competent last month.
Criminal proceedings have been suspended…
