BAKERSFIELD, Calif. (KGET) — The Kern County Coroner’s Office identified a man who was struck by a vehicle in south Bakersfield on Jan. 11 and a fundraiser for his funeral services is ongoing.
Coroner officials identified him as Joseph Adam Cruz Jr., 19, of Bakersfield. He was struck by a vehicle in the 4200 block of South H Street on Jan. 11 around 2 a.m. He was pronounced dead at the scene.
